UPSC releases NDA exam notification and conducts the NDA & NA exam twice a year to select the candidates for National Defence Academy(NDA) and Naval Academy(NA) courses. Aspirants are advised to download the Notification ,which contains the details such as Online registration date, exam pattern, syllabus, education qualification and other eligibility for NDA & NA 1 2023 written exam .

NDA & NA l 2023
The UPSC has released the NDA & NA 1 2023 notification on 21 December, 2022. Registration has started from 21 December 2022 and last date of registration is 10 January,2023 till midnight. The NDA & NA 1 2023 exam is 151th course of NDA and 113th course of INA(Indian Naval Academy). The admission is expected to start from 2nd January,2024. The number of vacancies for NDA & NA 1 2023 is given below:-

NDA & NA ll 2023
The UPSC will release the NDA & NA 2 2023 notification on 18 may 2023. The online registration form will be apper on the internet by 18 may,2023 and registration will continue till midnight of 14 June 2023. The NDA & NA 2 will be 146th course of NDA and 108th INA course. As soon as you will appear the exam the after that, admission is expected to start from 2 june,2024. Online Exams form (Registration)
The students who have completed class 12 or who are going to appear intermediate can apply for the NDA application form online.
How to apply online form of NDA
- Click on the ‘Apply Now‘ button or visit official website of UPSC.
- Register online by filling the part I of the application.
- Login with the registration number sent via email and SMS, fill the part II of the application form.
- Full the details of part II of the form
Submit the fee and take a printout of the application form.
Exam centres
Notification of NDA 1 2023 exam was released on 21 December,2022 along with notification the exam centres list are also released. The exam will be conducted at various centres across more than 70 cities in entire country. While the candidates are filling the form they have to choose 3 center and the one of them is allotted.

Qualification
The educational qualification differ for the different wings and academies. The educational qualification preferred by UPSC for different academies are given below.

NDA exam eligibility 2023
The students who want to apply for the exam must fulfil NDA eligibility criteria.
Age limit
For NDA I 2023 exam, both male & female candidate must have born not earlier tha 2 July,2004 and not later than 2 July,2007 And for NDA II 2023 exam both male & female candidate must have been born not earlier than 2 January,2004 and not later than 1 January,2007
Sex and Martial status
Only unmarried male & female are eligible to apply the exam.

NDA, full form National Defence Academy first Tri-service training academy at global level located at khadakwasla, near Pune in Mumbai. The academy training the cadets for Armed Forces. So the candidates aspiring to join NDA must be physical & mentally fit. Every year a huge number of candidates qualify the written NDA exam out of that many fail to qualify in the medical and physical test. Therefore candidates are advised to examine their physical fitness before applying for the exam.

Issue of Admit card
The admit card of NDA exam 1 2023 will be released before 3 week of Exam date and the candidate who applied this exam can get their respective Hall ticket after login into the official website, so make sure you are getting the exam form receipt to be printed or saved somewhere in you computer or mobile as well as “Jott down” the registration number.
